As a self-proclaimed couch potato, the idea of getting off my comfortable sofa and actually working out seemed like an insurmountable task. I was always sluggish, lacked energy, and never really felt happy or satisfied with myself. But all of that changed when I decided to start taking my health seriously.

It all began one morning when I woke up feeling particularly unhappy with my physical appearance. I knew I needed to do something about it, and so I decided to take baby steps towards fitness. I started by going for walks around my neighborhood every day for 30 minutes. Initially, it was tough, and I would return home tired and sore. But slowly, I started to feel more energized and less lethargic.
